They earnestly want people to spend money, and in line with this, its Central Bank has been printing money at a speed that’s the fastest in the world. On the other hand, they are unwilling to give the Chinese people a real break. They don’t seem to understand that the extra money printed hasn’t been put into circulation. What’s really going on?
