Reps. Joaquin Castro (D-Texas) and Chrissy Houlahan (D-Pa.) are proposing an amendment to the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) to restore the military’s mandatory flu vaccination requirement following the recent flu outbreak of 275 confirmed cases at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland.
