A Shanghai man who was expected to move to the United States was arrested after arriving at Los Angeles airport. During a flight to the U.S., he became enraged after a fellow passenger asked him to discipline his noisy child and punched the passenger in the head. After the captain alerted U.S. authorities on the ground, FBI and Customs and Border Protection officers boarded the plane as soon as it landed and placed the man in handcuffs.
