Zhao Lin, a Health Education Expert at China’s Health Ministry, once exposed a large starch factory in Heze. Zhao Lin witnessed a machine in the factory spraying a yellowish powdered vegetable fat, used in coffee creamer, containing hydrogenated oil and pre-mixed flavorings.
