Quỳnh - ALWAYS the "Victim", Never the "Instigator"
With the political climate as charged as ever, it seems that democrats can’t stop playing the “victim” card. Case in point is Nguyễn Ngọc Như Quỳnh, or as she is known on youtube – “Mother Mushroom”. From Inside Asia has been made aware of a recent email that she sent to John (Minh Tu’s laywer) and Kevin, who helped develop the Minh Tu’s lawsuit against Daniel Tran. This email is portrays Quỳnh as the victim of harassment and defamation. What’s more is that she leaves out so many instances of when she insulted, harrassed, and defamed so many people of the vietnamese community. And when she has not done this directly, she has convinced her followers to go and attack Minh Tu, Duy, and others on her behalf. You can tell by the tone of this email, that she is responding to concerns that John has about her comments and statements in her videos regarding the case. She is definitly trying to defend herself and her actions, which we all know are indefinsible. Here is the email she sent to John and Kevin.

What Patrick mentioned in his statement is inaccurate. He has conflated his personal matters with our case.
As for his wife, Tracy Glass, after withdrawing from representing Minh Tu, she conducted five livestreams during which she mentioned me and allowed others to defame me. I chose to remain silent, thinking it would be better for the case. However, Patrick also became involved by using his website to defame me, as shown in some of the links below.

I consider this a personal matter between me and both of them. To address this, I wrote a letter to Patrick, stating that if he has the courage, he should use his real name and photo, rather than AI-generated images, to spread his claims about me. It’s clear their current goal is to force us to stop pursuing the case.
I have attached screenshots of my exchanges with Patrick, where he used a fake name and AI-generated photo under the alias “Quan Truong.” In one instance, he sent me a message saying, “Go and fuck yourself.” Additionally, he used the email address frominsideasia@gmail.com to make a public statement. What is particuliarly rich is where she states “I have not made any public statements about anything or anyone relevant to, or connected with, our case.” She has personally accused Minh Tu of ruining the case. She has personally attacked nearly everyone who donated to the case. For me she crossed the line when she accused me of being a “military deserter”. Yes, I have not forgot about that one. I won’t even mention the penis meme that Quỳnh posted.
Minh Tu Has Repeatedly asked for This Case to Be Dismissed
The entire case has started on behalf of Minh Tu, and his youtube channel. The focus has always been about Minh Tu, and the circumstances regarding funds that were sent to him. He has accepted Daniel Tran’s apology and asked the attorneys working on the case to make a motion for dismissal. However, the attorney’s working on the case did not believe it was Minh Tu asking for the case to be dismissed. They wanted to get him on a zoom call to verify that it was actually him who was requesting the case to be dropped. Yet because of Quỳnh’s treatment of him in the past several months, Minh Tu did not trust the laywers or Quỳnh. One can only assume it was Quỳnh pulling the strings trying to get Minh Tu on a zoom call so they could try and convince him to not drop the case. What’s more is that the attorney’s never requested Tu’s identification when initially filing the lawsuit or subsequent communications with him. So why the need for overwhelming evidence that he is the one actually requesting dismissal of the case is truly stunning. Tu has since posted a video on his youtube channel showing his identification and that it is actually him requesting the case be dismissed.
Quỳnh Is Trying To Save Face
Quỳnh has stated to Minh Tu and her followers that if the case fails it’s Tu’s fault. Again, this is just another example of Quỳnh playing the victim card. Many of Quỳnh’s previous followers have texted myself and Tracy apologizing sincerely for their comments towards us. They have all stated that they have seen Quỳnh’s true colors, and could not believe they fell for her lies and deceit. We hope more of her followers actually investigate her claims before assuming that just because she said it, it must be true.
Politics Has Never Been An Issue
Quỳnh loves to bring up the fact that I’m a republican and that she’s a democrat. For myself, this has never been an issue. In fact, when the case first started and I was talking to Kevin every week, he let me know he was a staunch democrat, and I let him know that I was a staunch republican. We both laughed and said one day we will need to sit down and discuss why I believe the things that I do, and why he believes the things he does. We both agreed it would be an interesting conversation. And that was it. We talked about several things, life, love, relationships but never politics. We became good friends over the course of that year. When Minh Tu’s case started to fall apart, Kevin and I lost touch. I knew he was dealing with his own personal issues, and did not want to increase his stress regarding the case.
The Truth Never Changes
As you can see in Quỳnh’s email, she is trying to blame myself, Tracy, FromInsideAsia any anyone else who disagrees with her, instead of looking at her own actions. This is what radical lefties love to do. They blame everyone except themselves. In a recent event, the lefties claim that the National Guardsman who was shot and killed was the result of Trump. Really???? Republicans like myself say it was a derranged Afghan national let in by the Biden administration. Lefties say “Charlie Kirk had it coming.” We say nobody has the right to take the life of an innocent man. Lefties say “Open the border, let them all in.” Republicans say “Who’s going to pay for it?”. I am truly convinced that “TDS” (Trump Derrangement Syndrome) is real. Quỳnh has repeated her same lies over and over that she now believes them. However, not everyone is fooled!
