At 1:37 p.m. on August 11, a warehouse roof in Changsha City, Hunan Province, caught fire. Drone inspections confirmed that the fire started from a photovoltaic inverter, which then ignited surrounding wiring. Four fire trucks and 21 firefighters responded to the scene.
