Remember that collision in the South China Sea last August? The PLA Navy’s Guilin collided with China Coast Guard vessel 3104. The small Philippine boat got away, while two Chinese vessels crashed into each other. The bow of vessel 3104 was crushed in the collision, and video of the incident was seen around the world.
