Falsifying reports has become a tradition in various departments of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP). Recently, Weinan city in Shaanxi province was exposed for faking agricultural irrigation facilities. They claimed to have invested in creating high-standard farmland, but it was found that the water outlets had no pipes underneath, just concrete blocks. There were neither wells nor pipes beneath the blocks. Villagers believe the unit made fake water pipes to falsely obtain government subsidies. Internet users sarcastically said it’s truly shocking that technology has now advanced to the point of getting water without pipes.
