Satellite images from July 12 also showed that several reservoirs near Hengzhou, Nanning, Guangxi, where dam breaches occurred, had expanded several times in size. The surrounding waters around reservoirs including Yunbiao, Liulan, and Gandao had spread dramatically, while downstream areas had turned into a vast expanse of brown floodwater.
