Cathay Pacific Airways will award eligible Hong Kong-based employees a discretionary bonus equivalent to one month’s pay for 2026, marking the fourth consecutive year it has offered the payment.
The bonus will be paid on January 7 next year, according to an internal staff announcement seen by the South China Morning Post. The airline credited employees’ contributions with helping it achieve successive years of solid financial performance.
“You are at the heart of Cathay’s success, and we remain committed to recognising your contributions through competitive rewards, including the discretionary bonus and profit share scheme,” the announcement read.
