At around 2:30 p.m. on July 21, a vehicle caught fire inside the Jiaodong’ao Tunnel on the Ningbo-Dongguan Expressway in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. Videos from the scene showed many drivers panicking and fleeing on foot to a safer area.
