U.S. forces shot down two Iranian one-way attack drones on June 6.
The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) said the Iranian drones threatened international maritime traffic in the Strait of Hormuz.
“American forces remain postured and ready to continue defending against Iranian aggression,” CENTCOM wrote in a June 6 post on X.
