U.S. Doors Almost Closed, China’s Tilapia Can’t Sell, No Buyers Left

The trade war between China and the US started a few years ago, and the tariffs on both sides have kept increasing. News reports mention that the US raised tariffs on most Chinese goods by 145%, and China retaliated with 125% tariffs on US goods, which has seriously hindered normal trade between the two countries. The 170% tariff on tilapia is far above the usual levels and almost seals the fate of Chinese tilapia exports to the US.
