Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told reporters that U.S. President Donald Trump appears “closer to this situation,” regarding Trump’s comments on the war in Ukraine.
According to Zelenskyy, Trump’s position has evolved, and is now more in line with the Ukrainian one. He also believes Trump is ready to offer more security guarantees to Ukraine once the war ends.
Zelenskyy said Trump might influence the course of events, while China has yet to show serious signs of wanting to play a role in ending the conflict….
