President Donald Trump has called on football teams to hire John Harbaugh following his firing as head coach of the Baltimore Ravens.
“Hire John Harbaugh, fast. He, and his brother, are total winners!” posted Trump in all caps on Truth Social on Jan. 7.
Harbaugh was fired by the Ravens on Jan. 6 after 18 seasons. The team failed to make the playoffs when it lost to the Pittsburgh Steelers in a game to determine the winner of the AFC North.
“Following a comprehensive evaluation of the season and the overall direction of our organization, I decided to make a change at head coach. Today I informed John that he has been relieved of his duties,” Ravens owner Steve Biscotti said in a statement….
