Some rode modified motorcycles, drifting in circles, producing white smoke and sparks. Others in cars removed their shirts, leaned out through sunroofs, wore frightening masks, and raised toy assault rifles while shouting loudly. The scene was filled with constant engine roars and music. Hundreds of residents gathered to watch, and nearby residents said such incidents had suddenly appeared every day and continued for several days.
