Shocking! Bangkok Tofu-Dreg Building Falls, Chinese Firm Blamed for Poor Steel and Hiding Evidence

On March 28, a 7.7 magnitude earthquake struck Myanmar, with its aftershocks reaching Bangkok, Thailand, over 1,020 kilometers away. The earthquake triggered a shocking event—a 31-story, 137-meter tall building, the Audit Office building in Bangkok, collapsed. This building, constructed by China Railway No.10 Engineering Group Group, was not only the tallest building to completely collapse in the earthquake, but also the company’s first super-high-rise project overseas. In just a few seconds, it went from being a nearly completed landmark to a pile of debris.
