Recently, an account named “Fathers of Five Little Superheroes” attracted attention online, amassing 300,000 followers on a prominent mainland social media platform.

Its description on the platform reads: “We are teaming up to fight the monster of illness for our five little superheroes.”

In videos, the fathers are seen awkwardly dancing to electronic music, dressed in white tulle skirts or bright red-and-green floral jackets.

Their children are fighting neuroblastoma, a rare cancer dubbed the “King of Childhood Cancers” for its rapid progression, high mortality rate, and challenging treatment regime.
