Here is the scene of the breach being sealed. Red flags are flying, people and vehicles are moving around busily. 700 excavators were in operation at the same time, but a guy in white got his excavator stuck in the mud and couldn’t get out, standing by helplessly. Firefighters involved in sealing the breach were using the most primitive method, passing sandbags by hand. Three helicopters were hovering above, probably capturing this exciting scene. Behind them were flooded houses and farmland, a scene of devastation and desolation.
