Mainland Chinese Olympians are putting on spectacular sporting displays on Saturday morning following a gala show on Friday evening, which saw them entertain the Hong Kong audience with their athletic abilities.
Athletes are performing at two separate venues for a series of ticket-only demonstrations. Divers and swimmers are taking part in an event at the Victoria Park Swimming Pool, while badminton players, gymnasts and table tennis stars are at Queen Elizabeth Stadium.
Saturday’s events mark the end of a whirlwind three-day trip for the 65-strong delegation. The sports superstars are then expected to make their way to neighbouring Macau for another three-day visit.
