In northern China, a resident was driving from Suihua, Heilongjiang, to Qinglong Town when the accident happened on the highway. It was snowing heavily, and several dozen cars collided in a chaotic mess. Drivers were calling their families to report their safety. Heavy snow was still falling at the scene.
