Around midday on December 1, a major fire broke out near Wuyi New Village in Guangzhou’s Haizhu District. A truck caught fire and the flames quickly spread to nearby vehicles. The blaze formed a long line of fire and the scene looked terrifying. Firefighters said the truck was carrying 2,400 liters of liquid paraffin, which caused a sea of flames on the ground.
