On July 19th evening, around 8:40 PM, a sudden heavy rainstorm and flash flood struck Zhashui County in Shangluo City, Shaanxi Province, causing a highway bridge to collapse. As of noon on July 20th, it has been confirmed that 25 vehicles fell into the river. Seven vehicles and twelve victims have been found, and one person has been rescued. Eighteen vehicles and thirty-one people are still missing and are being searched for. The identities of the 43 victims and missing persons have been confirmed.
