He gained attention on social media for his strikingly wild hairstyle, reminiscent of iconic Japanese anime characters like Kakashi from Naruto and the Saiyans from Dragon Ball.

Odate recently shared on a Japanese variety show that he has maintained this spiky hairstyle for at least five years.

He explained that his hair is exceptionally stiff and easily curls, compounded by his poor sleeping habits, which leave his hair tousled each morning.

In his younger days, he often spent an excessive amount of time styling his conventional hairstyle.

Determined not to waste time on his hair, Odate opted for a more laissez-faire approach, simply applying gel to tame the fringe that fell over his left eye.
