As a result, he hopes those who share his interests, will be able to fulfil their dream of “becoming an animal”.

The man, known as Toco, from Saitama prefecture, east-central Honshu, Japan, had dreamed of becoming a dog since childhood.

He decided to pursue his dream and, to make it a reality, spent 2 million yen (US$13,000) to buy a costume from a company specialising in film props and designs.
