The Li Ka Shing Foundation and the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort are offering 5,000 domestic helpers a free trip to the theme park this year under an expanded programme.
The charitable foundation, established by tycoon Li Ka-shing, said on Tuesday that the number of helpers receiving free trips would increase from 4,000 last year to 5,000. The initiative will also include more nationalities, extending beyond the Philippines to workers from Indonesia, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal and Thailand.
