Confirming Post reporting, the airline said in a statement published on Tuesday afternoon that it would cancel another 10 return flights on Wednesday but added these were regional flights and long-haul services “would not be affected”.
The airline said there would be no additional cancellations for Tuesday and all affected customers had been informed and offered alternative travel options.
“We expect that all affected aircraft will resume operations by Saturday,” the company said.
It added that customers would be notified by Wednesday afternoon of any cancellations of flights in the coming days.
