A Hong Kong tour bus hit an overpass near the Lok Ma Chau border crossing on Sunday, causing severe damage to its front end and injuring the driver.

Police said the 25-year-old man, surnamed Mak, was driving the bus along the Heung Yuen Wai Highway in the northeastern part of the city at around 11.51am when the accident happened.
Dashcam video of the incident taken by nearby vehicles shows the bus heading towards the entrance of a car park when it strikes the overpass, which had a height clearance of 2.4 metres (7.9 feet).
Video and photos of the incident showed the front of the bus was heavily damaged, with the roof dented and front windscreen shattered.
Police said Mak sustained injuries to his eyes, neck and hands. He was taken to North District Hospital for treatment.
