Police on Monday said the women – Pabuaya Imee-mahilum, 24, and Tibay Aleli-perez, 33 – were last seen on the Lung Mun Country Trail in Tsuen Wan between 4.30pm and 5pm on October 4.
The pair, first reported missing last Friday, may have descended the mountain near Sandy Pool or Tomb Ridge, the force said.

Police urged members of the public to report if they saw the two women anywhere in Tsuen Wan, Tai Wo Kou, Pear Tree, or Kwai Hing after 5pm on October 4.
The 24-year-old is about 1.55 metres (5.1 feet) tall, with a medium build and was last seen wearing a dark blue denim top, dark blue denim shorts and white shoes.
The 33-year-old is about 1.58 metres tall, with a slim build and was last seen wearing a light blue long-sleeved top, light blue denim trousers and white shoes.
