They were arrested on suspicion of assault, according to a source.
At 8am on Friday, Mrs Ho, 41, reportedly packed her luggage with the intention of departing for the mainland on a high-speed train. But she was confronted by her 77-year-old husband, who chased her out to stop her. They proceeded to argue until Mr Ho produced a foldable pocket knife, according to the source.
Mrs Ho sustained knife injuries to the back of her head, including a two-inch wound, and Mr Ho sustained bites on his left finger, the source added.
The North New Territories Emergency Unit arrived at the scene after receiving a call from a neighbour, who heard the Hos’ loud dispute.
