The incident was captured on dashcam footage from another vehicle and circulated online.

The driver was travelling at high speed in the fast lane at around 1pm on Sunday near Wo Hop Shek, heading towards Yuen Long, when he lost control on a bend and slammed into a row of water-filled roadside barriers.

The impact sent the white car flying into the air and rolling over five times before it landed in the middle of the road, with its front end severely damaged.

Pedestrians reported a man covered in blood emerged from the driver’s side and walked away.
