The Democratic National Committee (DNC) announced on Aug. 14 that it is creating a Southern States Resource Hub, a program the committee says will give Democratic state parties across the South help with hiring, fundraising, voter data, and messaging.
The committee said the hub is meant to address years of underinvestment in Southern state parties and to prepare them for the 2026 midterms, the 2028 presidential race, and beyond.
The DNC did not say how much the program will cost. The Epoch Times has asked the committee for a figure.
