Department of Labor to Investigate Potential California Fraud; Search for Missing Skiiers Continues

The Department of Labor plans to send a “strike team” to California to investigate potential fraud in unemployment benefits. The Department claims that the previous presidential administration turned a blind eye to the labor programs.
Search crews are looking for nine backcountry skiers who remain missing following an avalanche near Lake Tahoe, California. Six others have been rescued after their group became trapped in the Sierra Nevada Mountains on Tuesday.
