Participants dress up as emperors or empresses to attend immersive “royal banquets” that blend ancient culture, fine dining, and theatrical entertainment.

Venues are designed to replicate the grandeur of palaces from ancient China, complete with golden adornments, intricate architecture, and period-specific details.

When entering, participants are welcomed and addressed as “Your Majesty,” by staff dressed as palace servants.

“Yesterday, I was bowing to my boss at work. Today, people are bowing to me and calling me ‘Your Majesty,’” one young adult joked.

While dining, people are entertained with live performances, featuring re-enactments of historical stories, traditional Chinese music, and captivating dances from various dynasties.
