Right now, the world’s top four engineering schools—Caltech, Imperial College London, MIT, and ETH Zurich—are all shutting out Chinese students. If you’re Chinese and studying science or engineering, you’re blocked. The U.S. crackdown on China’s technological development has now extended all the way to universities
