Typhoon Bavi, the ninth typhoon of the year, has just made landfall in Zhejiang’s Taizhou, Wenling, and Shitang areas. The storm sent huge waves crashing into seawalls, with water spray rising above seven-story buildings and reaching more than 20 meters high.
