Around 8:30 AM on June 16, a massive explosion occurred at the Shanzhou Fireworks Factory in Tingxian Town, Linli County, Changde city , Hunan province . Multiple videos online showed a huge black mushroom cloud rising from the scene, followed by frequent explosions and thick black smoke. Flames were also visible. Local residents reported that windows in their homes were shattered by the shockwave.
