He set up a team with his friends to run a ‘click farm,’ earning 3 million RMB (about 420,000 USD) in less than four months. Some people online say that out of 8 million clicks, only 100,000 are from real people. I used to wonder if there were really so many people watching live streams at the same time. Turns out, they’re fake viewers. It feels like out of 10,000 viewers, only one is real, and it’s me!
