China Fears Attacking Taiwan, U.S. Typhon Missiles in Japan Can Strike Beijing and Shanghai

On September 15, at the U.S. military base in Iwakuni, Japan, a weapon system described as a potential game-changer for China was unveiled. The U.S. Army deployed the Typhon missile system, capable of firing Tomahawk cruise missiles toward targets such as Beijing and Shanghai.
