A young man from Hebei province, Mr. Zhang Qiyuan publicly opposed the Chinese Communist Party on social media. He called Xi Jinping a dictator during a live broadcast in July. The footage showed Zhang authorizing Taiwanese anti-communist influencer Ba Jiong’s plea for help.
