These areas experienced historic flooding, with river levels rising rapidly. Streets were submerged, and the roads quickly turned into waterways. Cars floated through the streets like boats, and subway stations flooded like waterfalls. The scenes were alarming, leaving residents struggling to get around as daily life was severely disrupted.
