This is the Hengqin East-West Mall, a major project in Zhuhai. It’s a well-known shopping center, and we’re here for an on-site inspection. The complex consists of two buildings—one has been completed, but the other is barely started. The exterior walls haven’t even been topped out. Most of the spaces here are commercial units, including some in the basement. Let’s take a closer look.
