At first, the witness thought it was a protest targeting Chinese nationals. However, upon further observation, he discovered that the crowd shouting the phrase was a group of Chinese tourists who were stranded at the airport due to flight delays and were eager to return home. The witness explained that one frustrated traveller started shouting “Go back to China,” and soon after, many others joined in, amplifying the phrase. This left the other international travellers in shock.
