An off-duty Hong Kong policeman has died and his wife, also an officer, has been injured in a car crash during their holiday in Iceland, the Post has learned.

A source said on Wednesday that the couple rented a car there and that one of them was driving when the accident occurred.
The insider said the man died and the wife was seriously injured.

The man was attached to the force’s Marine North division, while his wife works for the Marine Harbour division.
The Post has reached out to police for comment.
