On September 16th at 7 AM, Typhoon Bebinca, the 13th typhoon of this year, made landfall in Shanghai’s Pudong Lingang area. It swept across the entire city from east to west, becoming the strongest typhoon to hit Shanghai directly since records began in 1949. The typhoon brought huge waves, fierce winds, and heavy rain, leaving destruction in its wake.
