Tibet-Nepal 20-Story Mudslide: Thousands Dead, China Says 16, Truth Harder To Find Than North Korea

On August 30, a CCTV reporter at the disaster site in Gyirong, Tibet, saw that the rocks left behind by the flooding appeared to be about 60 meters high, roughly the height of a 20-story building. The river channel remains severely damaged.
