Many initially believed it was heading straight toward Japan, but the situation suddenly changed overnight. The latest assessment from China’s meteorological authorities shows that the subtropical high-pressure system has weakened and shifted eastward, allowing White Dolphin to move further west instead of being blocked. Zhejiang, Shanghai, Fujian, and Jiangsu have now entered the warning zone.
