On the morning of Friday, March 20, the situation in Iran escalated once again. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that its spokesman and deputy commander for public relations, Major General Ali Mohammad Naeini, was killed in a joint airstrike by the United States and Israel.
Ironically, Naeini issued a strong warning to the United States and Israel in a public appearance just hours before the attack.
