Typhoon “Ragasa” made landfall at 5 PM on September 24th in Yangjiang, Guangdong, with winds reaching up to level 16 near its center. The scene on land was chaotic, with massive waves and intense winds, along with torrential rain. In the video, you can see debris and metal sheets flying across city streets, trees being uprooted, roofs being torn off, cars overturned, and glass windows on high-rise buildings shattered. Pedestrians were blown off their feet in the gusts, making the situation extremely dangerous.
