The private vehicle was heading southbound along Kai Cheung Road at around 5.45pm on Wednesday when the male driver, 46, lost control while changing lanes, a source said.
The silver-coloured vehicle hit an eight-metre-long railing and flipped over onto its roof. Photos from the scene showed the vehicle upside down on the road, with its windows shattered and the airbags deployed.
The car was carrying three passengers, including a woman, 47, who suffered chest pain after the crash. Two girls, aged 14 and 18, were also injured, the source said.
It was not immediately clear the relationship between the driver and the passengers.
All three were sent to United Christian Hospital in Kwun Tong for treatment.
